Patricia Claros
Founder
Patricia is one of the founders of TAXokay Inc. With a background in accounting, payroll and income taxes, she worked with various CPA firms for over 10 years, prior to creating her own tax practice.
She holds a Bachelors in Accounting and as an IRS Enrolled Agent, Patricia is admitted to practice before the IRS, and is member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. She is passionate about finances and loves to interact with clients. She is partner at Reyclar Investments LLC, a real estate investment firm.
When she is not thinking about taxes, she likes spending time with her family, taking her daughter to her volleyball games and really loves to dance.
Patricia’s life-long dream is to create a Foundation to help underprivileged children in Colombia.
Francisco Claros
Founder - Partner
Francisco is one the founders of TAXokay and a board member. He brings to the Firm his expertise in business ventures, as he has formed and directed various companies in the U.S and abroad.
He is a Systems Engineer and worked as the IT Manager for Hyatt Hotels in New York. His involvement was primarily in the accounting systems and accounting software development.
As an entrepreneur, one of his biggest challenges were the accounting and tax matters, that is why his mission in TAXokay is to make those matters as easy and painless as possible for the clients.
In his spare time, Francisco enjoys flying his remote-controlled airplanes and drones, and designs parts on a CAD program for printing in his 3D printer. He loves biking with his family and listening to rock music.
